Following are the Juggling Club guidelines for attaining the different Juggling Levels:

• To be tested, a player can juggle in front of any Coach
• The ball may not hit the ground – if it does, the player must re-start
  
• Each player has 10 minutes to reach their highest amount of consecutive juggles in each test period
• Testing is preferred outside of training time although Coaches may still incorporate juggling during training time as part of their technical development. 

Following are the benchmarks for achieving each level of juggling.  As each benchmark/level is achieved a special Spartan FC Juggling Club bag tag will be awarded.  Players will receive new bag tags as they progress to higher juggling levels.  The highest award is a commemorative tee shirt!
